The Client

The Doctors Laboratory (TDL) is the largest UK independent provider of highly specialised pathology/clinical laboratory services to clinicians (GPs and specialists), hospitals, community health services, and their patients. As the Lead Biomedical Scientist, Stephen Ellam needed the CL3 Laboratory within the main lab, deep cleaned to a high standard. This project came with complex requirements and Stephen had previously struggled to find a cleaning company that could meet their needs.

The Challenge

When we first met Stephen, he was facing several challenges:

❌ High-risk environment - Health and safety was a prime concern and knowledge of the correct PPE and cleaning products was essential.
