B2B Facility Solutions is a commercial cleaning provider based in Kingston upon Thames, supporting businesses across central London and Surrey. Established in 2019, we specialise in delivering reliable, high-standard cleaning services, with particular expertise in healthcare and medical environments, helping clients maintain facilities clean, safe, compliant, and consistently well-managed.

We set out to fix a problem we repeatedly saw across multiple sectors — businesses stuck with unreliable, inconsistent cleaning providers that created more stress than they solved through missed tasks, lack of care, poor communication, and little to no visible management. As a result, many felt they were not receiving the quality or value they were paying for.
