John has worked in the Hospitality, Healthcare and the Cleaning industry for over 20 years.
While working in these customer service focused industries, John has gained vast experience and knowledge in delivering great service and knows all the pitfalls that affect customer satisfaction.
They are now the pillars used to run B2B Facility Solutions and John vows to save clients from stress and wasting money.

Sukanthini (aka Sue), graduated from St Georges University with a first and is now a qualified Biomedical Scientists. She has been working with the NHS and private healthcare laboratories for over 9 years.
Her experience, knowledge and expertise has been invaluable in setting up systems and processes, and maintaining H&S and Quality standards.
